Meeting called to order by Paul Muth at 6:29 pm, all seconded.
Minutes from June were approved by Paul and Jason seconded.
The Treasurer’s report for July 7th was read and approved. Paul motioned and all seconded.
Checks were signed.
Business
- The pothole at the front entrance has been fixed and the road repaired.
- The water meter at the entrance is still leaking and multiple calls to LWC have not resulted in a response.
- The lights on Claremoor, that have been out, have flags marking utility lines and the board assumes a major repair.
- Paul has attempted to find a person to hire to fly a drone over the MSD easement but has not gotten a response. Kevin knows a person to reach out to, to see if they could give an estimate.
- The budget is completed but did not make it to the meeting so it will be tabled until next month for the final vote.
- Kevin spoke to a lawyer and that said the permanent items in the front easement will need to be grandfathered into the ordinance. Kevin made changes to the ordinances and is tabled for the month.
Paul motioned to adjourn the meeting at 6:46 pm.
