Business
- The drone footage has been completed but the board has not received the photographs or the bill for the work. Barbara T. will reach out to the contractor.
- The water meter at the entrance is repaired.
- The lights on Claremoor in the cul de sac are now out. Paul will reach out to LG&E.
- Kevin contacted MSD regarding the easement on Claremoor. MSD said that they would clear the easement one more time but that will be the last time. The work will be done in a couple months, then the residents will be billed for work done after the clearing. Paul stated he would write a letter to all residents that do not keep it clear.
- Kevin spoke to a law clerk and made changes to the first ordinance revision. Some changes were due to updated Louisville laws. A resident brought a property attorney to discuss this ordinance. A discussion ensued on what is considered permanent and that Moorland would not need to enforce MSD rules of what is allowed in the area between the sidewalk and the street. A suggestion was made to allow cones that are separated a certain distance to allow parking. The ordinance will be discussed further and if the resident that hired the attorney allows, the attorney will discuss directly with Kevin
- Barbara H. will get some estimates for leaf removal prior to the next meeting.
Paul motioned to adjourn the meeting at 7:12 pm.
Next meeting September 1, 6:30 pm in person at Northeast Library.
