Business
- MSD has agreed to clear the easement by January 1st.
- A resident asked if the city could do a leaf pickup like Lyndon does each year. The board discussed estimates from the past that were very high. The city provides yard waste removal. Kevin said he would check around and get estimates.
- Paul has not heard from the concrete company so he reached out to a new vendor. Louisville Paving gave a $23, 850 estimate to do the repairs to the sidewalks. Paul will call AT&T to mark the sidewalks that have cables. Barbara asked for company proof of insurance and expressed concern that the company is not bonded. Paul stated that no one else gave a bid. Paul motioned to approve the estimate and all agreed. A letter will be sent to residents that will be affected by the work.
- Kevin would like to put camera views on the website. He has them already and can send them to the clerk to post. The clerk will post on Facebook so residents can see the views and let us know if they want their home blocked. It needs to be done once.
- A resident brought up the ATV’s riding through the neighborhood and the power outage and the road work in the front of the entrance.
- Apartment letters have had many negative responses.
- Tony will bid for the snow removal but no others have been received.
- Due to the new library hours the meetings will now be moved to 6:30pm.
- Barbara will send the PVA tax bills next week.
Paul motioned to adjourn the meeting and Kevin seconded. The meeting was adjourned at 7:42 PM. The next meeting is November 4, 6:30 pm in person at Northeast Library.
