Reminders
- Vehicles parked in the street need to have the right two wheels in the grass.
- Odd numbered houses on Claremoor are responsible for keeping the easement clear of debris and growth. Fines will be enforced.
- There are 13 residents with delinquent 2024 taxes and notices have been sent.
- Any homeowner who qualifies for the homestead exemption must contact the PVA office, everything can be accomplished online.
- Homeowners who have a change of address must notify the Jefferson County PVA office, which will notify the City of Moorland.
